3. Member Data & Profiling | 34:06
P2 Engine Overview: The P2 Engine is a Fuel Cycle feature that gathers your members' most current profile information from multiple sources. This feature enables you to consolidate various sources into a single profile field called a Profile Point. This ensures that the most up-to-date and relevant answer is utilized in exports, dynamic grouping logic, cross-tabs, and embedded data.
Build a New P2 Field: Learn how to add a new field to the P2 Engine.
Groups Overview: Create groups of members to target specific studies and communications to specific subsets of your community audience.
Dynamic Groups: Dynamic groups update automatically over time as members meet the criteria of the group you created. For instance, if you created a group targeting females aged 18-34, every female aged 18-34 would be added to the group when they joined the community.
Static Groups: Static groups are community member segments that will not change unless you add users. These static groups are created by selecting members to add to the group or by uploading a file containing all the members.
Subset Groups: Subset group members are "locked in" based on AND/OR logic and various criteria. For example, highly active responders, first responders who are potentially over-positive, or speeders. This group type is perfect for differential sampling.
